Ray Hefner has more than 30 years of comprehensive experience in association management, Gordon (Ray) Hefner is a seasoned Association Executive recognized for his forward-thinking leadership and ability to adapt in evolving environments. His expertise spans governance, fiscal oversight, strategic marketing, government and public relations, human resources, labor relations, education and training.

Xavier Gassier brings more than ten years of experience in association management, complemented by eight years in engineering.
