Ray Hefner has more than 30 years of comprehensive experience in association management, Gordon (Ray) Hefner is a seasoned Association Executive recognized for his forward-thinking leadership and ability to adapt in evolving environments. His expertise spans governance, fiscal oversight, strategic marketing, government and public relations, human resources, labor relations, education and training.
Xavier Gassier, BS, Mechanical Engineering; MS, Engineering and Industrial Management
Xavier Gassier brings more than ten years of experience in association management, complemented by eight years in engineering. He offers a strong operational focus and specialized expertise in lean management, having developed effective systems, streamlined processes, and member support programs that enhance organizational efficiency, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable value to members.
